Frequently Asked Questions

This is where it gets a bit tricky.  Generally the magic number is 12 passengers and  the charterer(you) plus a Captain and crew. So for charters with more than 6 passengers (up to 12 +you) you will enter into a boat ownership agreement and hire a Captain. We have a list of qualified captains on standby readily available for your choosing.

We do not provide food or alcohol but you can bring your own food and drinks. 

Yes, all of our Captains are USCG certified. 

Base tours are 90 minutes.  We also offer 3, 4 and full day tours for an additional cost.  We are happy to create an itinerary that suits your needs. 

Yes, children are welcome on our tours.  Due to Coast Guard regulations all infants and toddlers count as a person.  Please inform us of any children in your party.  Any child under 12 years of age will be required to wear a life jacket.  Children under 2  you will need to provide a life jacket(but contact us for confirmation)

Please contact us for pets.  We do allow well behaved and smaller dogs on our boats . Fishing is not permitted. 

Our boat comes equipped with a Bluetooth surround sound system.   You can play your own  music or our Captains can provide their playlists for your enjoyment. 

Depending on the location our boat cruises at about 5 knots. 

This tiki boat is equipped with a patented retracting roof system.  Meaning if a rain shower pops up, we will all stay dry.  HOWEVER , the boat does operate during rain storms.The Captain has the final say due to any specific weather restrictions and regulations. 

Customers will receive a full refund or credit with notice of cancellation 5 days prior to your scheduled departure. Customers will also receive a full refund or credit in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.   No refunds will be given for any other reason unless trip insurance is purchased.  If trip insurance was purchased you may cancel up to 24 hours before your departure.  Trip insurance is non-refundable.  Contact us by phone to cancel or inquire about a cancellation. No-shows will be charged the full price.  We cannot give refunds for individuals that do not show up in your party. 

Rescheduling: Just give us a call to discuss a new date/time of the change request. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

****Your enjoyment on our boats is our top priority.  We cannot make weather calls a week in advance as Florida weather changes often.  We will always contact you if the weather is not favorable for a fun experience.  Generally we begin to reschedule tours  1-2 days prior to your tour.  We make every effort to re-schedule you to a different date if possible but understand that isn't always possible.  All weather related cancellations will receive a full refund.  

Captains will always work hard for you to make sure you and your group are having a great time. Tipping is appreciated always.
